If you initiate the Smart Contract, your landlord will receive your rent 1 business day (except banking holiday) before the leasing effective day of each month. You may login our app to check the estimate deposit date or latest deposit date.
If your landlord's email is provided, he/she will be notified by email when the rent is transferring into his/her bank account. You may login to our App and check the estimated rent deposit date.
By paying with your credit card, you have the benefit of earning reward points from your credit card provider such as airline miles and cashback. Please note that credit card rewards are offered at the discretion of your card provider and corresponding promotion.

Yes. Despite your landlord does not register KeyChain Pay, you could submit the application in our App or Online by providing tenancy agreement, landlord's contact information and other basic rental information. Please make sure you have informed your landlord about the changes of payment method.
In general, we will take 1-2 business days to review your Smart Contract Application. You can check the status in our App.
If your card has been stolen or terminated, please contact your bank to identify the problem or replace a new card. Or if you may not have enough credit available on the card, please settle the outstanding balance.

You may request termination of your contract with single click in our App. We would verify and stop all the upcoming payments in 1 business day.
