How to pay rent for Public Housing?

Yes. Please manage your payment methods in our Mobile App or Web App with your bill number.

Does my landlord need to register too if I use Keychain to pay rent?

No. However, you may give your landlord a heads up that you will be paying via Keychain. Your landlord will see a transfer record from KeyChain Fintech Ltd. We will also put tenant name into the remark field but it is not guaranteed to be shown as banks may handle the remark field differently.

When do you charge on my credit or debit card? Can I set the charge date?

Our AI decides the charge date for you. The AI predicts the most appropriate charge date so to ensure rent is arrived on time. The charge date is about 1-10 business days ahead of your monthly leasing effective date. We do not allow any manual set up on the charge date.

When shall I submit the application?

Please submit your application 7-10 days before the leasing effective date to ensure sufficient time to process transactions and deposits.
