Our Smart Contract will charge your tenant card around 2 weeks in advance of the monthly leasing effective date, based on the records. You shall receive your rent in the next 7 - 10 calendar days. In general, your bank will be deposited up to 7 days before leasing effective date of each month for a recurring payment.
You will be notified by email when the rent is transferring into your bank account. You may login to our App and check the estimated rent deposit date.
